Primary impact crushers, mod. MIP, are suitable for the primary crushing of limestone materials, even if very compact and of big size.
Their reliability, the high reduction rate, the high output, the excellent product polyhedral, the proper use of wear parts and the reduced maintenance operations guarantee a high ratio between the obtained performances and power requirements.

The casing, of simple construction, can be completely opened. The impact walls are adjustable through a hydraulic system and guarantee the production of the desired sizes.

The range of simple-effect primary jaw crushers manufactured by Baioni Company has been designed to meet the needs, in terms of dimension and outputs, of nearly all quarries. These crushers can solve any primary crushing problem of any mineral even if particularly hard and abrasive.

Our experience in the sector has enabled us to apply to these machines the technical quality and know-how of normalized structures, over-sized organs, bearings and jaws in high-quality manganese steel alloy. All the models are equipped with a practical hydraulic power pack for the setting of the lower jaw. All this to create efficient reliable machines, even in heavy work conditions, that ensure high outputs with reduced energy and maintenance costs.

Secondary jaw crushers, mod. BS, are used for the secondary and tertiary crushing of any type of material, particularly hard and abrasive ones.

The crushing chamber is mainly made up of lateral armours, interchangeable fixed and mobile jaws in manganese steel. They have a manual adjustment system for the inferior opening of the jaws (gauge).
In the mod. BS 130 and 150 the mobile jaw regulation is controlled by a hydraulic piston.
