Reversible hammer crusher - MIL

Reversible hammer crushers, mod. MIL, are used for the secondary or tertiary crushing of limestone materials, even if very compact such as alluvial or quarry type materials. These machines operate on the basis of the impact effect of weights thrown at high speed. The material, introduced through the feed mouth, is hit by the hammers and thrown against a particular impact armor mounted on adjustable mobile supports. This repeated sequence of impacts produces high percentages of fine crushed materials. The supports onto which the impact armours are fixed are adjustable, so they can be moved closer or further away from the rotor in order to obtain the grain-size curve required. Such adjustments are effected by means of a hydraulic system that is also used to control the opening of the machine for normal maintenance operations. One of the main characteristics of these machines is that the direction of rotation of the rotor can be periodically reversed to level the wear on the hammer impact faces, thus allowing their full utilization.

Reversible impact crusher - MIR

The mill, mod. MIR, is suitable for crushing various types of aggregates. Designed to obtain a high production of granulates with an excellent polyhedral quality. The high rotor speed and the arrangement of the two impact walls, one on each side, cause the material to get crushed mainly on the exposed hammer surfaces and then to be thrown against the impact walls. These repeated impacts produce crushed material with a high percentage of fine parts. The central, vertical feeding and the rotor’s dual direction of rotation help maintaining the output product almost uniform, levelling the wear on the hammer impact surfaces, thus allowing their full use and making the hammers reversing operations less frequent. The two impact walls can have variable profiles thanks to the possibility of fitting different bars of various shapes. The impact walls are adjustable so that they can be moved further or closed from the rotor to obtain the desired sizes and keep the output product constant. The plate casing accurately welded is symmetrical and can be opened to facilitate the normal control and maintenance operations. The internal armour is made up of interchangeable square wear plates and fixed to the casing by means of tapered bolts for a maximum utilization. The impact bars fitted on the mobile walls are interchangeable and constructed, as the hammers, in special wear-resistant steel. The rotor is fitted on a shaft in treated steel that rotates on oversized and revolving roller bearings, thus practically forming a unique body with the hammers thanks to their particular locking system that guarantees a constant and continuous pressure on the hammer surfaces. All the adjustment and opening operations of the machine are effected by means of a simple and practical hydraulic system.

Secondary impact crusher - MIS

This type of crusher is suitable for crushing various types of inert materials even if very hard and abrasive. Designed and built to obtain high quantity of granulates with an excellent polyhedral quality.
The impact walls can be of different type and can have various profiles depending upon requirements and types of materials to be crushed. They are adjustable and therefore can be placed closer or further away from the rotor, so as to produce the desired grain size and maintain the output product constant. Bars are fitted on the impact walls. These bars are interchangeable and made of special steel that is very resistant to wear. The rotor is fitted on a shaft in treated steel and rotates on oversized revolving roller bearings. The unique hammer locking system designed by the company guarantees a constant and continuous pressure on the processed surfaces of the hammers that practically form a unique body with the rotor. This has made it possible to fit hammers in special steel which is more fragile than the traditional manganese steel, but a lot more resistant to wear. The hammers can be rotated in order to make full use of all impact surfaces. The casing, in accurately welded plate, can be opened to facilitate the normal control and maintenance operations.

Hammer crusher with grizzly bars - MIG

Hammer crushers with grizzly bars, mod. MIG, are simple sturdy machines suitable for crushing and pulverizing little abrasive materials, especially limestone. The operation of this machine is based on the impact effect of weights rotating at high speed. The material to be crushed is hit by the hammers and thrown against the top armour that presents the normal impact surface to the theoretic trajectories of the thrown material. The parts of the material, which have not been reduced to the required dimension in this first phase, are held back by the grid, placed on the bottom of the machine and brought back by the hammers into the crushing cycle.

Reversible tertiary impact crusher - MIT

Crushers, mod. MIT, are suitable for the crushing of various types of minerals, especially for the production of first class sand and granulates. The high speed of the rotor and the arrangement of two mobile impact armours, one on each side, enables that the crushing occurs almost exclusively by impact on the whole active surface of the hammer, thus reducing wear expenses and power absorption. The central, vertical feeding and rotor rotation in both directions ensure an almost uniform size of the output, ensuring a uniform wear of the hammer impact faces, allowing furthermore using them fully and reducing the reversal operation of the hammers. The two mobile adjustable impact armours also ensure a constant grain-size curve in output.

The casing in accurately welded steel plate is symmetrical and can be opened to facilitate normal control and maintenance operations. The internal armour is composed of interchangeable square wear plates, fixed to the casing by tapered bolts for full use. The impact bars fitted on the mobile walls and at the bottom as protection onto the fixed walls of the casing are interchangeable and constructed, like the hammers, in a special wear-resistant steel alloy. The rotor, mounted on a treated steel shaft and rotating on oversized self-aligning roller bearings, forms an integral part with the hammers thanks to their particular locking system, which guarantees a constant and continuous pressure on the surface of above-mentioned hammers. All the adjustment and opening operations of the machine are carried out by a simple and practical hydraulic system.

Vertical axis mill - BV 6500

Vertical axis mills, mod. BV, feature high production outputs, constant and excellent sizes and polyhedral and grain-size with reduced maintenance. The machines are equipped with two different internal armours in the crushing chamber and use hammers in special steel that make them suitable for work with very abrasive materials coming from mountain quarries and rivers.

The reduction coefficient varies according to the equipment and the machine regulation settings.

Bar crusher or mill - GTB/MTB

Bar crushers or Mills, mod. GTB-MTB, are suitable for the production of sand, as well as for the crushing of any type of material even if particularly hard and abrasive. These machines are generally suggested for the last crushing phases as an alternative to the cone crusher (medium and fine short chamber), for the following advantages:

- Maximum reliability and operating safety.
- Polyhedral of the final product.
- Possibility to obtain the production curve at the required sizes simply by recycling the surplus grain-sizes.
Possibility to reduce to “sand size” the whole treated product, always by the same machine. They can work in dry or wet processing conditions alike (*)The dry crushing process is used when one desires to obtain integral sands that contain all crushed fines, but it is necessary to verify that the feeding material does not contain moisture in quantity such as to stick to the bars. The wet crushing process (with addition of water) is the most used process, when one desires a silt-free sand (as in the case of sands for the building industry) or higher outputs.
The main features are:
- Possibility to crush each type of material even if moist or wet.
- Easy adjustment of the product size by the simple variation of the material flow, the bar load or, for “humid” crushing by varying the water quantity.
- Constant features and regular polyhedral of the produced sand. IMPORTANT: of course, the required sand and granulate outputs should always be compatible with the capacity of the chosen machine. (*) In wet processes these machines have been used with an excellent result as deslimer on mixed gravels rich in clay, and results have exceeded expectations.
