Vibrating grizzly screens, mod. WSP, are of constrained vibrations with helical springs suspension. The vibrating casing oscillations are produced by an eccentric shaft which is fastened to the fixed frame by two supports as to ensure constant oscillations, independently from load conditions. The vibrating casing is connected to the fixed frame through the drive unit and helical springs, which support its weight.
The fixed frame is equipped with special rubber pads, which completely isolate the supporting structures from vibrations. The sturdiness of the machine together with the grizzly bars mounted on the upper deck make the machine suitable for installation on primary crushing units for big size materials.

Furthermore, when necessary, they are supplied comprehensive of a washing plant with spray system.
The « W » vibrating screens are part of the « constrained vibration » type with suspension on helical springs. The oscillations of the deck-carrying casing are given by an eccentric shaft restrained, by means of two supports, to the fixed frame. Therefore the casing is connected to the frame by the vibrating unit with two supports and the springs, which stand its weight. The main feature of the « constrained vibration » screens is that the amplitude of the circular vibration of the screen deck carrying casing is predetermined and invariable, independently from the material load, allowing to obtain high productions and an excellent selection quality. The fixed frame is equipped with special rubber pads, which have the specific function to isolate completely the supporting structures from vibrations.

Free oscillation vibrating screens, mod. V, can solve any selection problem, from coarse screening to fine classifications, for any type of material and for a large production range. They are, if requested, supplied comprehensive of washing plant with spray system. The « V » vibrating screens are mainly made up of a screening deck-carrying casing, supported by springs, and equipped with a shaft rotating on bearings, aligned with the centre of gravity of the casing itself. The oscillations are produced by the « Vibration Generators » keyed on the end of the shaft.

This particular patented system also allows:
- regular stops avoiding those abnormal oscillations that normally happen in the stopping phase;
- wide and accurate regulation of the vibration intensity;
- constant optimal belt tension through an automatic regulation system of the pulley capable of compensating the screen’s vibrations;
- reduction of the assembly time.
