Description

The wide range of Baioni primary crushing groups offers customers the most appropriate plant solution to any production needs with equipment suited to the characteristics of hardness, brasiveness and size of material to be treated.

The stationary crushing groups are designed and built to solve the problems related to the mobility of the mining and recycling industry, being mounted on a single base frame. They are therefore designed to be able to be placed without any masonry works, easly to be displaced to other sites.

A primary group GP essentially consists of a robust loading hopper, a grizzly screen or wobbler feeder if necessary, a feeder and a primary crusher, that could be a jaw crusher or an impact crusher. Each group is completely independent and can be customized depending on the production needs of every single user.
