Designed to handle big feed sizes and high capacity crushing, Baioni MIP impact crusher is suitable for primary processing of limestone materials, or materials of medium hardness, even very compact, able to ensure high performance and excellent cubicity of the crushed product. MIP crusher is capable of replacing the jaw crushers when the material being fed is not particularly hard and abrasive since it allows to obtain higher percentages of fines.

MIP crusher is capable of replacing the BP jaw crusher when the material being fed is not particularly hard and abrasive because, in addition to the high reduction ratio of particle size, it allows to achieve higher percentages of fines. The maximum feed size is designed depending on size of the feeding opening.
The impact bars in manganese steel casting are very resistant to wear and can be of different type and have different profiles depending on requirements and nature of the processed material.

Hydraulically adjustable, bars can be approached or moved away from the rotor to achieve the right particle size distribution curve, allowing to keep the finished product constant in time.
The same hydraulic system also allows the opening of the machine for maintenance and inspection operations.
