Baioni MV Vertical shaft impact (VSI) crushers are employed as a rock-on-rock impactor, the configuration of which must be chosen according to production needs and degree of abrasiveness of the rocks.

It has a huge impact on the global quarrying and minerals processing industries, adaptable and versatile in many applications, the MV is an excellent third or fourth stage reduction unit, especially after the FCS cone crusher.

The primary stage for the feed material is through the rotor before being discharged into the crushing chamber, however material may be fallen into the chamber bypassing the rotor. The cascade feature enables to optimize the capacity and power consumption and to handle the product grading and shape to meet all specification requirements. MV produces superior shaped product.
