Baioni BV Vertical Shaft Impactor (VSI) series are used in many secondary, tertiary and quaternary crushing stages. They allow high yields while maintaining a high degree of cubicity and granulometry with low maintenance costs over time.

Wear parts: the crushing chamber is equipped with two different replaceable wear-resistant coatings making the crusher suitable for processing abrasive material.
Perfect accessibility: a pivoting cover lid allows full opening at the top through a hydraulic lifting system.
Lubrication: automatic oil lubrication system ensures perfect operation.
Vibrations Control: electronic warning device in case of excessive or abnormal vibrations or power supplies, to avoid any possible damage to the machine.

They consist of a vertical centrifugal rotor for the processing of any type of rock to produce high quality aggregates of different sizes, premium manufactured sand for concrete in closed circuit.
