Descrizione

RTC-RTCD series machines are ‘leaders’ in fines recovery and dewatering, they are perfectly able for:

recovery of very fine sands, retained in the slurry, thus also solving the problem of semi-cleaning of discharge waters;
accurate sand washing;
sand slime removal.

The machines are essentially made up of a broad tank in which an impeller, equipped with buckets with a perforated bottom plate, rotates. Side mounted is the archimedean screw that forms integral part with the impeller and rotates in the tank where the decantation of the fine material takes place.

While turning, the archimedean screw transports the deposited material towards the impeller which then recovers the fines. The rotating movement is given to the machine through a transmission unit, motor, reducer, pinion and crown.
