The R&D department is the beating heart of Baioni. It’s where the know-how of the company is, it’s the place where creative processes and patents arise. Every new product passes under different design stages.

Baioni owns the company Quality Certificate according to UNI EN ISO 9001 Community Law n.10905/04/S issued by the certification body RINA Service S.p.A. for the following activities: design, construction and installation of machines and plants for the crushing and treatment of inert materials and minerals to be processed, for the dehydration of sludge and for the remediation of contaminated soils, through sheet metal cutting phases, sheet metal preparation, assembly, welding, carpentry, painting and sandblasting.

Baioni is in possession of the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, according to the UNI EN ISO 14001 Community Law n.3714/S issued by the RINA Service S.p.A. certification body for the following activities: design, construction and installation of machines and plants for the crushing and treatment of inert materials and minerals to be processed, for the dehydration of sludge and for the remediation of contaminated soils, through sheet metal cutting phases, sheet metal preparation, assembly, welding, carpentry, painting and sandblasting.

Baioni obtained the certification according to ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Certification, the international standard which provides a framework to identify, control and decrease the risks associated with health and safety within the workplace.
