Description

The VLR series rotating washing screens are especially recommended for treating alluvial materials with few impurities.

Water is introduced through a piping system and is then discharged with all the impurities.
During the washing the material gets rid of the impurities, it is taken from special perforated metal buckets then is further washed in a second washing chamber where, thanks to the addition of fresh water and perforated plates, it is screened out.

Very robust machines, they consist of a washing chamber (or selection cylinder). The selection cylinder rests on a sturdy metal base and two sets of tyres and a balance wheel to ensure balancing.
