The recent soil washing plant built by Baioni for Ecosistem has made it possible to achieve excellent production yields: in fact, the customer is able to obtain high quality recycled aggregates from the process, demonstrating the fact that he has managed not only to ‘certify’ the product final obtained, but to ‘certify’ the entire technological line. Soil remediation projects often require an integrated approach, a synergy of civil engineering, hydrogeology and environmental technology. The ‘soil washing’ plants are built for the treatment of contaminated earthy materials in order to recover the valuable part which, to protect the environment, is identified as an alternative resource to reduce the need for new quarries and landfills.
