Baioni designs, manufactures, and installs wet dust suppression systems, particularly for the suppression of airborne dust generated by extraction, excavation, or handling of inert materials. These systems provide concession holders with an effective tool to reduce the risk of environmental pollution and improve the workplace environment.
The BaiJet system employs spray nozzles, it operates with water pressure only and is equally effective in controlling dust both on individual machinery and/or larger applications. To physically contain the dust the best option is to place the sprinklers on conveyor belts, feed hoppers, crushing machines and screening systems, or demolition excavators arms.
Complete dust suppression systems are supplied installed in insulated containers, suitable for operation even in extreme climatic conditions. They are provided equipped with:
