Descrizione

Baioni MIL impact hammer crushers are designed for secondary or tertiary crushing of limestone materials, even with a compact consistency, of alluvial or quarry nature.

The crushing operation is achieved through the impact of the masses at high speed. This involves a high-speed endless rotation which ensures that the material to be crushed achieve a high percentage of fines and a good cubical shape.

The material to be crushed enters the machine through the feeding mouth, falls into the chamber where it is launched by means of a hammer rotor against the impact armor. The supports for impact bars can be adjusted by a hydraulic system, they can be approached or moved away from the rotor to achieve the right particle size distribution curve. In MIL series impact crushers the rotation of the rotor can be either clockwise or anticlockwise, the movement is periodically reversed so that the wear on either faces of the hammers is evenly distributed, allowing for maximum exploitation.
