Baifloc systems are systems for the preparation of synthetic flocculants, the so-called polyelectrolytes. These are customizable, depending on the amount of mud to be treated.
The solution is prepared with a flow of water, subjected to control by flow switch, pressure switch and flow valves, in which the polyelectrolyte is dosed by means of a metering pump, or with an auger, depending on the type of polymer used.
The solution production process is interrupted when the high level is reached in the storage tank; from that moment the electric agitators present in the maturation and accumulation tanks are kept in motion.
